1. The whole machine is controlled by 5 frequency conversion motor. The tension of the whole machine (unwinding, coating, traction and winding) is automatically controlled by Mitsubishi PLC system. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved through human-machine interface touch screen control and display.
2. The discharge rack is in the form of electric turnover double station and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. Comma scraper coating method. The clutch adjustment of comma scraper roller adopts pneumatic swing arm type. The swing arm is equipped with micro adjustment device for control, and the thickness of glue is controlled by feeler gauge.
4. Anilox coating method: the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy-duty double shaft mechanical independent swimming. The scraper adjustment method is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roller. The anilox roller with different mesh line can be changed for different coating amount.
5. The oven is 22 meters, the first 20 meters are divided into 8 sections for independent temperature control, the heating adopts heat transfer oil circulation heating, hot air entry drying system, adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device, the air inlet and exhaust wind is strong and the drying is complete, and the UV drying system is reserved for the last 2 meters.
6. The guide wheel in the oven is actively synchronized with the main engine, and the transmission is synchronous belt wheel transmission type to reduce material tension and deformation. The air cylinder open top oven and film threading operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
7. The intermediate tension between coating roller and traction steel roller is synchronized with floating swing arm type, which is automatically controlled by PLC

9. EPC edging machine is used for deviation correction to ensure the orderly winding of materials.
10. Key type inflatable shaft is used for retraction and release, so as to facilitate loading and unloading operation.
11. High precision up pressing traction device. The cooling of steel roll adopts water circulation type. The film is smoother, scratched more and achieves the cooling effect through the cooling roll.
12. There are two types of reeling rack:
(1) electric turnover double station. The reeling adopts frequency conversion motor, and the vector frequency converter is controlled by PLC computer system
( 2) Roll aside to shrink the PE protective film.
