1. Unwinding adopts hydraulic lifting type.
2. Unwinding adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. The traction drive adopts vector variable frequency motor to realize constant linear speed control.
4. Magnetic powder clutch is adopted for winding transmission, and the winding diameter realizes the taper control of winding tension.
5. Reeling and unwinding adopt shaftless core (air expansion shaft feeding), clamp and load with screw rod, and tighten with electric.
6. The opposite side of unwinding is performed by EPC gas sensitive deviation correction machine, with a moving stroke of 120mm.
7. Circular knife is used for slitting.
8. The system has the functions of meter counting and winding diameter calculation to realize meter cutting.
