1. the whole machine is controlled by 5 frequency conversion motor, and the tension (unwinding, coating, traction and winding) of the whole machine is controlled automatically by Mitsubishi PLC system of Japan. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved by the touch screen control and display of human-computer interface.
2. the discharging frame is electric turning double station, and magnetic particle automatic tension control is adopted.
3. comma scraper coating method, the comma scraper roller clutch adjustment adopts pneumatic swing arm type, swing arm is equipped with micro adjustment device to control, and the glue thickness is controlled by feeler gauge.
4. the pattern coating method, the coated scraper shaft adopts heavy-duty double axis machine to swim independently. The scraper adjustment mode is manual pneumatic type, and the angle is adjusted arbitrarily. The coating amount depends on the mesh of the mesh roller. Different coating amount can be changed for different mesh roller.
5. the oven is 22m, the first 20 meters are divided into 8 sections for independent temperature control. The heating adopts heat conduction oil circulation heating, hot air enters the drying system, and adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The wind force of air inlet and exhaust is strong and dry thoroughly. UV drying system is reserved for the second meter.
6. the guide wheel in the oven is synchronized with the main engine actively, and the synchronous belt wheel drive is adopted for transmission, which can reduce the material tension and deformation. The cylinder open top oven and the membrane penetrating operation platform make the operator easy to work.

11. high precision upper pressure traction device, the cooling of steel roller adopts water circulation type, and the film is smoother, more scraped and more cooling effect can be achieved through cooling roller.
12. the receiving frame is in two types of winding:
(1) electric turning double station, winding adopts frequency conversion motor, and vector converter is controlled by PLC computer system
(2) Close to the side of the winding, in order to shrink PE protective film winding.
