1. The whole machine is controlled by 5 frequency conversion motor, and the tension of the whole machine (unwinding, coating, traction and winding) is automatically controlled by Siemens PLC system. The reliability of the tension of the whole machine is improved through human-machine interface touch screen control and display.
2. The discharge rack is in the form of electric turnover double station and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. The coating method of the back roller scraper is that the material is loaded by the belt roller first, and then the back roller of the scraper is scraped quantitatively.
4. The transfer coating method of Mel bar is that the material is first taken by the coating roller, and then scraped and coated quantitatively by Mel bar. The Mel bar of different wire bars can be changed for different coating amount.
5. The oven is 20m, with 8 sections of independent temperature control. The heating adopts heat transfer oil circulation heating, hot air entry drying system and adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The air inlet and exhaust wind is strong and the drying is complete.
6. The guide wheel in the oven is actively synchronized with the main engine, and the transmission is synchronous belt wheel transmission type to reduce material tension and deformation. The air cylinder open top oven and film threading operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
7. The intermediate tension between coating roller and traction steel roller is synchronized with floating swing arm type, which is automatically controlled by PLC

9. EPC ultrasonic edge aligning machine is used for deviation correction to ensure the tidiness of material winding.
10. Key type inflatable shaft is used for retraction and release, so as to facilitate loading and unloading operation.
11. The cooling device of the traction roller and the cooling device of the cooling roller are adopted to achieve higher precision, so that the cooling effect of the cooling roller is higher.
