1. The tension of the whole machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC, and the tension of the whole machine is controlled automatically by PLC.
2. The feeding rack is in the form of electric turnover double station and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3. Anilox coating mode: the coating scraper shaft adopts heavy-duty double shaft mechanical independent swimming. The scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic, and the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily. The coating amount depends on the mesh line of the anilox roll. The anilox roll with different mesh line can be changed for different coating amount.
4. In order to apply evenly, a set of uniform cots is equipped, which is controlled by the motor frequency converter.
5. The transfer coating of Maier bar adopts stainless steel wire scraping bar, which is supported by the bar. The coating amount depends on the wire thickness of the stainless steel wire scraping bar. Different coating amounts can be replaced with stainless steel wire scraping bars of different thickness.
6. The oven is 30 meters, with independent temperature control in 10 sections. The heating adopts electric heating, hot air entry drying system and adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device. The air inlet and exhaust force is strong and the drying is complete.
7. The guide wheel in the oven adopts active synchronization with the host, and the transmission adopts grid conveyor belt transmission type to reduce material tension and deformation. The air top oven and film threading operation platform make it easy for operators to work.
8. The intermediate tension between coating roller and traction steel roller is synchronously controlled by floating swing arm;
9. Automatic meter speed control device;
10. EPC edging machine is used for deviation correction to ensure the tidiness of material winding.
11. The retracting and releasing shaft adopts key type inflatable shaft, which is convenient for loading and unloading operation.
12. High precision up pressure traction device, water circulation type is adopted for steel roll cooling, and the film is smoother, more scraped and more cooling effect is achieved through the cooling roll.
13. The form of receiving rack is side winding, and the winding drive and traction are used together.
